ouamber
It's a complete snow globe here in Tulsa! So pretty! Ground is covered now with huge flakes coming down now. This may not amount to much, but this is pretty!
JoMo
It's a beaut here, too much wind for me though. Nice sized flakes. Not as big as the last system, but flakes are nice and visible.
Ozarkwx
Love to see some pics from those of you with snow. Here it is a dreary raw "go back to sleep" morning.
JoMo
A couple of north to south snow bands evident on the Tulsa radar. Areas in the bands will probably pick up a couple inches of snow.
MoWeatherguy
Gonna be a big goose egg here in NW AR. TUL backtracking on this area now. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
JoMo
3.5" in western Tulsa in one of the bands. Probably 4-5" totals there?
MoWeatherguy
Wow. Models totally missed that area. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
MoWeatherguy
Well just now looking back I guess the 0z models were on to that area. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk

David Reimer
Ended up with 2" of snow in south Norman. Started off slow but we ended up under an impressive band for an hour. Should really help drop those temperatures tonight.
MoWeatherguy
Good to hear some snow totals from the region. Maybe kick start some winter action around here. Light snow picking up a bit here, too. JoMo
Looks like 1/2 inch to 2" is going to be fairly common west of Springfield, MO. Heavier amounts fell in the bands.
ouamber
Yup I live in West Tulsa right next to the Arkansas River and I-44 and one band was parked over us for awhile. At least 3 inches have fallen, but I haven't been out yet and it's still coming down. This overperformed what I was thinking. Very pretty!
NwWhiteOut
Just been off and on very light snow here, ground and temps are just too warm still. Tulsa going back and forth on stuff as usual lol. Doesn't sound like we will get cold enough until after this ends unless we can get in on a really heavy band or something. Still sitting at 35 outside IMBY. The Waterboy
Game. Set. Match. Time to move on. Man, tracking something for 5 days and getting nothing is way worse than having nothing to track at all. It plays with my emotions way too much. ouamber
OKwx..I hope it holds together for you. Mike Collier said on Facebook not all parts of Tulsa got the same amounts. If you were down south and east like Broken Arrow or Bixby, you didn't get much. But West Tulsa and the heart of Tulsa got in the bands and pockets of 3-5 range. I bet that gradient is going to look nuts!

Wx 24/7
We wound up with about 1" here in Monett. Temps hovered around 32-33 during the duration of the event so once the daylight hours hit... there was melting during the lighter periods. Ozarkwx
Glad it worked out for some of you (especially Ouamber). I suppose we could still get some real snow, but not looking very impressive right now.

Then the bulk of the precip stayed north and west of us here.
arizonasooner
Wow I live in south Tulsa and got absolutely nothing. Went to the grocery to pick some things up awhile ago and there were all these cars with snow on them... Must have been from the west side... JoMo
Let's see.. 12z Euro still has a weak little system Wed night and Thurs morning. Then it turns into a convoluted mess past day 5 or so with what it wants to do with a bunch of energy over the west. Looks like it wants to dig a trough across NM and TX but there's energy everywhere and that's going to take a bit to sort out. And then another system it looks like pushing out of the SW around day 10. So 3 possible systems to watch over the next 10 days.

NJ_Ken
FWIW, north side of OKC here and we got exactly 1", mostly in one band that lasted about an hour just before and after sunrise this morning. Based on local news, it seems like the heavier bands (with 2" to 3" totals) stayed mostly just south and east of OKC instead of north and west.
