dWave
Chance to get in the 50s tonight in NYC for the first time in how ever long it has been. Would it be safe to say the 70+ degree low season is likely over. Even with the warm week ahead its forecast to get down to the mid 60s at night. After that its late Sept, so where ever we stand on that list of annual total 70+ min is where we stay.

SnoSki14
Things continue to look very warm after tomorrow but not quite record breaking. It's really just a continuation of the summer pattern with consistently warm but not extreme temps.

Can't wait till I get a chance to visit there one day. 55° here, and it sure feels it. There was a different kind of feeling to the air today. Brian5671
GFS basically has no precipitation till the 26th. Wow. Makes sense given the lack of tropical activity this year and the jet is still far to the north for anything other than frontal passages.
SnoSki14
GFS basically has no precipitation till the 26th. If it wasn't for Thursday's rains, we would have it pretty bad on the dry/drought front.
