THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MILWAUKEE/SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
SOUTHEASTERN WAUKESHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN...

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 932 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER BIG BEND...OR NEAR MUKWONAGO...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

HAZARD...TORNADO.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.
DAMAGE TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE
DAMAGE IS LIKELY.

* THIS DANGEROUS STORM WILL BE NEAR...
MUSKEGO AROUND 955 PM CDT.
WAUKESHA...NEW BERLIN AND PEWAUKEE AROUND 1000 PM CDT.

Yeah, tonight was pretty quiet for me up to this point, some rumbles of thunder and moderate to occasionally heavy rain.  That's not to diminish the stormy month it's been though (compared to the rest of the summer).

Such a tiny yet mature bow echo. Looks like the bookend vortex is trying to spin up again

Looks like a mini tropical cyclone to me. 

Very autumnish type system we have.

 

0.75" on the nose for tonight.

Well maybe not quite over yet...
