ORH_wxman
Middlesex county storm looks like it lost rotation. Still has a decent hail core though as it enters Essex county.

SlantStickers Anonymous
Skies getting dark, lightning and thunder beginning. I think I'm in line for some fun based on radar. Rain just started. Pea sized hail!
ineedsnow
Had small hail and some really good gust at work in ludlow that storm was awesome
andyhb
The parameters over Eastern MA and RI have gone through the roof currently as of the 2pm hour update on the mesoanalysis page on the SPC website. I would think we were in the Plains with such high parameters. To anybody what does the EHI 0-3km measurement indicate in terms of tornado development? Most of that is offshore. HoarfrostHubb
Power/Internet out. Crappy cell service Pea sized hail I think our house might have been hit. Flash/boom instant no power
OceanStWx
Indeed. Seems to be what has prevented these from taking off. Lots of shear, just not in the low levels. Soundings were actually rather ugly in the lowest 1 km. I mean tough to really whip up a supercell when your inflow is 17003KT.

eyewall
I am not sure the second supercell will make Boston without weakening a bit. It will ingest some of the cold pool from the first one.
ma blizzard
Had small hail and some really good gust at work in ludlow that storm was awesome I think this storm should be watched very closely at it interacts with the outflow boundary from the cell now entering Essex county

eyewall
Look at that outflow boundary, nice path to Downtown but weaker Yeah it looks like it is also competing with those updrafts to its south and may be lining out. None the less Boston will get some rough weather out of it. Perhaps a bit of hail.

Bruinsyear
Not much here in Newburyport. Looked nice on radar, but just some loud crashes. Rain, wind not impressive and no hail. Never got severe, it kind of split and stayed to the south near Lynnfield/Peabody it appears. Shafted again...
