Torchageddon
Strong worded severe watch up for parts of central Ontario, including Manitoulin Island and Bruce/Grey counties. And what's funny is I didn't even know how severe the weather was going to be today right in my region! Its getting darker and darker here with deep rumbles every 3 minutes, nothing impressive cloud wise yet but its coming on a slant in a blocked viewing area. This is crazy because it looks like the squall line held together well and had a joint bow go north of me. Wiarton Ontario just getting annihilated right now. Tornado Warning just issued for Saugeen shores a few minutes ago, I'm 30 minutes away from it.
A-L-E-K
ALEK has been awoken from his zzzzzzzzzz's ... enjoy the show Alek always nice to thread the needle once in a while, hope the squall delivers a nice 1-2 punch later this evening

Chicago Storm
Unless it gets into far SW Wisconsin, no dice. CU field extends back down into NW. IA. HRRR showing development within the next few hours, trailing from the current WI activity on SW back down towards DBQ.
Indystorm
Yeah, I'd watch ne IA and sw WI on the edge of the higher dews and nose of theta-e advection the next couple hours.

Thundersnow12
Few shots as that severe warned storm came in. Taken standing on the top of my car...the corn had to be at least 10ft tall but was treated to some really nice structure for about 15 minutes. Thundersnow12
Hail core directly over O'Hare Interesting how the VIL was maxed but my observer friend only had small hail when it passed over. Might of dumped the core just before.
