metalicwx366
Crazy how all the models are exploding it off the coast. GFS goes to 931mb. It was just showing an open wave yesterday. Euro is sub 950 along with the other models. This is going to be a fun one to track.

sparklecity
70% of that thread is bickering, 10% outlandish statements, and 20% discussion. Reminds me of winter storms where some people post within seconds of each other saying the storm looks like crap while others say it looks great. The truth is usually somewhere in between. FLO
The past few winters in the south have sucked so bad that people are hoping the south gets hit with a hurricane now. Funny.

Solak
12z GFS is tossing out 0.20" in the next 16 days for here. If Erika doesn't come inland, those drought maps are going to turn even more orange and brown.

J.C.
Im not that surprised actually. It seems that The area from downtown Columbia to KCAE always seems to get hotter than surrounding areas. Not sure if its local geography, heat island or something else or multiple factors. MBY was in the low 90s yesterday at most. Yeah, I had low 90s even at my house. The airport always seems to be 5 degrees warmer until the sun goes down, interesting.
