sparklecity
81°/59°. Low is supposed to be 70° but it sure isn't dropping fast. Temps are going to back in the mid 90's to start the week. Looks like were going to continue with craptastic weather well into August.

Alot of the 80s had brutally hot summers, but seems like most of the 80s winters, have us 2-3 real snows!

yotaman
The sea breeze really did a number to our temp today. Currently it is 86/78. At 2pm it was 96. That was a 10 degree drop without any rain. Only wish the dew point would have dropped too.

Solak
Unbelievable the flooding pictures coming out of the Tampa Bay area today. My brother and family live in Palm Harbor, not too far from the evacuation area. SIL posted earlier today that the water from the Gulf was already up to the top of the seawall. Rain runoff has no where to go.
AJF0602
lol I was just watching the weather channel local forecast for today and it says "5 to 8 inches of rain expected". Anyways we have had some heavy downpours here but I doubt we see anything close to that today.

Solak
You can see the 'circulation center' crossing the SC/NC border on radar right now, but the westerlies are pushing a lot of the precip offshore as expected.
