Ginx snewx
Great call on the warm up Jerry, only days with high dews are rain days. Pretty sweet look mid upper 80s at home with 55-60 dews on the rain free days.
dendrite
idk...looks pretty damn warm to me. Yeah we may sneak in a bdcf here and there or get some cool/dry downs, but the eps looks pretty warm overall through d15. This is coming from someone ready for 65/40 days too. Damage In Tolland
Like was stated.. He just looks for ways to fight it till the bitter end. Nothing shows 55-60 dew points during the hot stretch. What's likely is some 90 degree days mixed in with a bunch of 87-88 / 73 type days. Like maybe a 7-10 day stretch of that. Possibly lasting into Sept

How about some reality.you called for 9 days of 90s we had 4, again you called for 7 days of 90s, again I will take the under at 4. You might want to reexamine what the grid outputs are while you are at it. I think you forget what you even post.

I thought the cold down would last longer, mid month was your call. But generally I still think we end up around normal despite the over the top hype posts by the same person over and over. powderfreak
We may have to prohibit weather predictions to maintain order in here. It's only in the summer. Once winter comes around and the DIT index flips cold, all you'll see is images of troughs in the east.

JC-CT
Ginx, when you want to assign 7 months of the year to the cool season and 5 months to the warm season, it might be a sign that you have a bit of a cold bias.

JC-CT
Oct and April are interchangeable. split those months and you have it so Mid Oct to Mid April is cool season. That's more reasonable. But just to add my two cents, I would call October warm season and April cool season in this part of the world at least. October is warmer, and part of tropical cyclone season. Snow is also much more common in April than October.

CoastalWx
I think this silly argument was the premise of August being AN, not some ridge off of SC for a few days. So far August seems to be behaving with the last half having the highest +departures. Probably into part of September.
