NortheastPAWx
Damn...and I only ended up with 0.78". Can't figure out why this place, which ironically is known as "The Land of the Running Water", gets the least amount of precipitation of anywhere... We do even worse up here. pasnownut
Nice drink for the grass today. Uh....its tumbleweed at my place. Did see a little green working back in though late in the evening. Over 2" here. Enjoy the weekend all. Nut
Blizzard92
0.74" reported at my station in Linglestown from yesterday. Looks like they just missed the heavy rain corridor on the other side of I-81/

Itstrainingtime
Just back from a week in Bethany Beach. Enjoyed sunny days with highs in the low to mid 80s along the coast with an afternoon sea breeze until Thursday when it started getting muggy and more uncomfortable. MillvilleWx
Some pretty wicked flooding back at my school. Millersville tends to flood easy so that wave of heavy rain did a number. Back in Hagerstown, a nice steady light rain to sleep in after my 4th overnight shift in a row. Slept like a baby haha. 66/
canderson
Harrisburg set another record today, 1.98" rain broke the daily record from the 1880s. I think we set a record 5/7 days this week (two rain, three high temps). Don't see that often in September.

pasnownut
Beautiful early fall feel today. Left the cabin at 1:00 and it was 57 deg on my car thermo. My elevation for any doubters is 2275ft. It was just beautiful and crisp. Looking forward to many more like this in the next month or so. Leaves starting to show a little color (mostly Maples). NortheastPAWx
Wouldn't be surprised if we ended September with <1.00" rain...granted, last real dry Septembers were in 2005 and 2007, and those were each followed by top 5 wet Octobers, 7.66" and 7.87"...
