Ginx snewx
I'll take the over. The only reason why it could fail is because of mid level clouds, but more often than not..models underestimate those airmasses ahead of CF. Agree but the progs are a full 6-8 degrees lower than two days ago
Damage In Tolland
Reason why is slightly more s component to wind which won't affect BDL or HFD a bit. Vs sw winds. 91-92 BDL at least

Damage In Tolland
Nope. Reason is wind direction. Today west= roast. Tomorrow SSW . Not rocket science
CoastalWx
I don't think the front sped up really. At 00z it's barely in the Berks.
Damage In Tolland
Even BOX sees it. All wind direction. Tomorrow we DEW into 73-76 range DESCENT SHORTWAVE WILL MOVE THROUGH THE FLOW ON THURSDAY PUSHING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE AREA. WARM...HUMID AIRMASS WITH SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL BE IN PLACE AHEAD OF THIS APPROACHING FRONT. THE SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL ALLOW FOR MUCH OF THE REGION TO HAVE 70+ DEWPOINTS. THIS WILL HELP KEEP TEMPS SLIGHTLY LOWER.

CapturedNature
89.5F so far...I'd like to see 90.0 at least once this year. I hit it once last year and I've avoided it this year. High looks to be 88° so far today. It would be nice to have zero 90 degree days (not unprecedented) but it would have been even nicer to do it two years in a row. We still have chances left and I'm not one to count my chickens before they hatch.
dendrite
Thats 90Correct...but it isn't 90.0.And if you want to get technical...if I was using the ASOS algorithm my high would be 89F since that was my peak 5min avg.
