Even with next week's potential heat wave, it looks like BDL will finish the first two-thirds of met summer below normal in 90-degree day days. Moreover, we're getting to the point when that change really begins to accelerate (2+ minutes/day and .2-.3* of angle per day). A couple of days or warmth will not even be much of a memory.
