ens are meh, 2-3 days out of 10, sounds like summer

They're pretty hot for a couple of days this far out. It's nothing epic or record breaking, but probably the hottest of the season for most spots.

It's a far cry from this...

BDL averages 9.8 90+ days through July. So far there have been four. Even with next week's potential heat wave, it looks like BDL will finish the first two-thirds of met summer below normal in 90-degree day days.

NYC only has three 90-degree days so far, been a very weak summer in terms of heat.

If that mild up should take place, take comfort in knowing that in our steady march toward the cool and cooler months, we have lost 33 minutes of daylight and 3.4* of sun angle.

Moreover, we're getting to the point when that change really begins to accelerate (2+ minutes/day and .2-.3* of angle per day).  A couple of days or warmth will not even be much of a memory.

That is as an impressive of a  heat signal as you will ever see 4-5 days out for next week. If that verified we'd see some 98-99's in there FTW

I'd lean a few cooler. 24C got you 102-104F in 2011. This past warm stretch was about 19C and it got us 92-94F.
