Looks like under an inch at IKK. NAM comically far north again.

I was at .98" but I'm at northwest side of the county.

The city proper was just over an inch.  Locations on the east side and south side of the county ranged from 1.50" to 2.00".

So it wasn't too bad.

An inch on the nose here. Of course that's an inch not needed.

Some of the higher CoCoRaHS observer totals from IL and IN:

As we flirt with near record summer chill...a very neat article on the infamous July 8-14, 1936 heatwave at detroit. http://www.hourdetroit.com/Hour-Detroit/July-2010/Too-Hot-to-Handle/

Can't imagine living through that in those days... I can't imagine living through that in THESE days.

You guys to the southeast are really getting creamed.  The wetness here has backed off quite a bit, with only 0.36" over the last ten days, so I'm looking forward to a little storminess Saturday.  I'm loving the lack of intense heat again this summer.  It has been very pleasant.

Probably won't need the AC until Sunday here. Mid to upper 70s supposedly tomorrow and Saturday, but with 70% of storms by Saturday PM.

Have managed to pull off 16 days since June 1st under 70°.

Wow, that's pretty crazy.

Coolest summer I can remember so far. Not as much fog this summer as last, but a lot of cloud cover some of which originated over the lake.

...and only 4 days where the low stayed at or above 60°.
