Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing heavy rain across the area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Lot of pictures coming out from Perry Hall and Linthicum respectively. I assume my basement at home is really bad. It's quite bad in Bel Air too.
