Had some small Hail around 5:10pm at Graul's in Timonium, then 50 minutes of a Monsoon. Like 5 ear shattering Lightning Strikes, and gusty winds. Then on the way home, a Tree down on Cromwell Bridge. It is fun being a store greeter/bagger.

Moved in very fast to Northern Calvert. Wind is incredible already and the thunder just started. It was completely clear 20 min ago.

Clouds are moving in from the north but NWS just kept me right out of the severe warning. Not sure why though.

BWI is now at 9.4" and counting, which clinches 2nd wettest June ever. Another 0.56" and they'll be first.

I ended up with 0.85" in my gauge. Definitely saw what looked to be a downburst racing across the water, small, maybe a few dozen feet in diameter, but intense wind in that section.

Had one lightening strike about 200 to 250 feet in front of me as I was looking strait at where it landed. That was loud...and bright!

Here's anther picture of the storm. The sky was blue-green under it!

You aren't missing much so far after the first 15 min of wind at the front of the storm it's mostly just rain and thunder now. No hail or anything yet.
