A lot of places prob won't do much better than that even if very cold due to the strong winds inmo. I could definitely see a solid 12~15-1 up here tho. Snow growth is maximized in areas of strong upward motion... with those kind of dynamics, you'd have above-average ratios even with the wind-driven fragmentation.
