LGA hit 50mph and I'm sure parts of LI were also 70+.

There's gonna be a ton of storm reports from Queens, Hudson Valley and Long Island.

Nothing so far reported. No part of LI saw that type of wind. This was a Ct and snj event, no other way to spin it

This is quite comical, first it's the tropical bill remnants that forecasted 2-4". Barely even got .24". Then this.. I only got .03". Decent bust.. And some people called it way earlier, but some of you guys didn't want to listen. O well, maybe another day.

Tell that to the people that had hail and damaging winds today. Your backyard is not representative of the entire area.

The whole Eastern and some western sections. part of Nj, from about middlessex north in this thread took the bust. Im sorry, I didn't know NYC, Brooklyn, and LI was representative of the entire area. Congrats to Brooklyn and LI cashing in once again, doesn't even matter what season it is anymore. They will find a way. Accept the fact yanks, this was a snl and ct storm.

But that's the nature of convection and why it's basically impossible to predict where it will hit. All you can do is see where the best parameters are and let the chips fall where they may.
