LongBeachSurfFreak
Bill sent a late day swell. After a day of life gaurding about to go home an already off the clock I saved a guy150 yards out on the sand bar. I got to him just as he was taking his last strokes and going under. Had I not been at our shack getting ready to go home the guy was done.

LongBeachSurfFreak
good work! Was he going under due to exhaustion or inability to swim? Both the guy was intoxicated. He was so far out there was no way he was making it in. Not to mention he was in a big rip current which is why he was so far out to begin with
