Yep this is me. The wind is just insane out there. Whipping the rain around, made me tell my girls to move to the lower level.

Up to 1.50" of rain started at 0.26" this morning.

Ok second round coming through. NWS just called me to report what I was seeing. My patio table and chairs have been pushed up against the railing from the wind. The thunder is loud! Over 2" of rain so far. Pouring rain with the sun coming out.

The NWS called you?

The NWS called you?

Yes they did. First time ever. Wanted to know what I was seeing and if there were any downed trees in my immediate area. I am guessing when I signed up to be a storm spotter I must have checked something to say they could call me. Pinpointed my address and the fact that I was right in the middle of it. Pretty cool for this weather geek. :)

Southern edge of the line getting stronger. It's dark here right now and on the doorstep. If I stop posting you know what happened.

Best echo tops are just nroth of me in like Burtonsville and near the HoCo line. Hearing a lot of thunder.
