EastCoast NPZ
How long until you're complaining about it being too wet? Pretty sure that's never happened in summer. Not the rain's fault, but a roof repair (if that's what you can call it) done last August failed miserably and leaked like a sieve this evening. Ceiling in the foyer is nicely damaged...to the point where I had buckets underneath collecting the water I hired that same contractor to paint my foyer (too tall for me to cut-in) after he finished the roof job. He did a half-assed job on that too, and I eventually re-painted the whole thing myself. Was not happy about doing it myself after having paid him to do it, but wanted no more dealings with him. Now this. Been a hectic, crappy evening and am now seriously contemplating legal recourse at this moment. I know that you rarely ever recoup money out of these proceedings, however. Looks like around 1" here this evening. Finally get some rain and this happens. Damn. At least it feels great outside now. Temp dropped to 65F when the storms came through. EastCoast NPZ
Back to partly sunny, 81. A veil of high cirrus to my south and west with black and purple cumulonimibianambias to my north. Enjoy the rain everyone except for npz and me. I finally got mine, how'd you do?
North Balti Zen
Apparently you don't get screwed only in the winter. If this was the winter and we were getting 5" and you were getting nothing you would probably go postal. Be thankful its the summer. Finally broke the cap. Wet. Bob Chill
Looks like a rotating comma head structure near Mt. Airy? Saw that earlier. Some sort of meso low for sure.
Stormpc
I finally got mine, how'd you do? Still nothing. The outflows from all of the passing storms has created a dust bowl effect locally with loose dirt, sand and tumbleweeds blowing around. Insert John Wayne and we can film right now. BWI is probably gonna break the daily rainfall record.
