A few degrees warmer today up here than yesterday (though yesterday had a cheap 69F midnight high).  Yesterday afternoon was mid/upper 40s and this afternoon most spots are in the 50-55F range.

You guys down there timed it perfectly for a real low max today as the coldest air slid eastward a bit, and the cold got in there yesterday evening well early enough to avoid any midnight highs.  Even Mount Mansfield which was mid to upper 30s yesterday is now low 40s...but again we got skunked by a midnight high even though temps were in the 30s during the daylight hours.

Sure as f^ck feels like the coldest June since the last great super-nova triggered SOL's creation -

jesus h christ ...

It could be worse though. ... Picture if you would this occurring from May 10 to June 3, unabated, never ending, all the time.

That was 2005.  Until that happens again, this is a f beach day man!

I will never forgive god for that experience.

I almost get the feeling this is a 1 in 5,000 year pattern... It's just that it doesn't happen to bring a notable anomaly with it - only once in the last 5,000 years ...like, now, did a January polar high move N of BUF-BOS's latitudes in June :axe:

But sometimes, you can't forecast with emotions like some do.

Speaking of which, did DIT suck on a tailpipe or something because of the last 48 hours?

He hasn't been posting at all since the front dropped south and it started raining.

And it may not be the most exciting weather, but we've racked up a lot more pages of discussion on this than we do on partly sunny 82F days.

Just a DIT typical break.

He got hit in the head by an AC unit that someone was taking out of their windows.
