IsentropicLift
Most models keep the heaviest rains tonight confined West of the Hudson River. Still, everyone should be in for a good soaking. I could definitely see a bit of a rain hole over Long Island if the fire hose tonight ends up staying West.

IsentropicLift
Light showers all morning. Rain will remain scattered in nature for the next 3-4 hours. Things should really pick up around dinner time and the main show begins around 8PM per HRRR.

tdp146
So I guess highs wont stay in the 50s Park did 71. So -9 departure. Not -20 or-30. I think we kinda knew the GFS was being a little ridiculous with that.
dmillz25
Where's the warm front located? And meanwhile TOR watch for eastern VA,DE and MD and Virginia beach under a TOR warning
Juliancolton
So I guess highs wont stay in the 50s You're so right. Today's a gorgeous day, COC at its best. Congratulations!
IsentropicLift
Where's the warm front located? And meanwhile TOR watch for eastern VA,DE and MD and Virginia beach under a TOR warning We could see some isolated severe weather up here but SBCAPE is really lacking. Shear will be strong so a low topped spinner can't be completely ruled out.

SnoSki14
So I guess highs wont stay in the 50s Idk who ever believed that. I thought 60s but obviously that's with showers and rain included, which to be fair is what the temps are currently, 68F, with showers falling. IsentropicLift
Much of NW NJ is in the upper 50's currently. I am currently at 66 after a high of 70 this morning. Most models had peaks in the upper 60's to near 70 and that's about right. My average high is 79 so today was -9 but the high occurred early this morning so it's a bit deceiving.
