uncle W
2004 was awful June 90s arent as common as the mind thinks July and August are the months with the most 90 degree days as expected...1993 had 30 90 degree days in that period while 1996, 2000, and 2004 had only one... nzucker
depends on the warm front. whoever is south/west of it gets upper 80sNext week is shaping up to be cooler than originally expected. My latest forecast has 70F and rain for Monday as well as mid to upper 70s in Thursday and Friday. Looks like departures will be negative for much of the CWA... bluewave
The further SW you go over NJ the warmer your departures are so far due to less marine influence. Keeps with the theme of warmest departures this coming week over the mid-Atlantic. Departures NE to SW BDR...-1.6 LGA....-2.0 ISP.....-1.5 NYC....-1.1 JFK.....-0.7 EWR....-0.9 TTN....+0.5 PHL....+0.8 7 day temperature departure forecast

bluewave
Tracking the warm front That warm front will be good news for needed heavy potential early Monday and again on Thursday. We'll see if the remnants of the Texas tropical system can track far enough NE to affect the area later on.

IsentropicLift
Yesterday was a glorious day. I had an outdoor party yesterday and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Low humidity and sunshine. Earlier in the week it had looked like a washout but as the day drew closer it got better and better.
Juliancolton
I'm sure this has already been mentioned, but surface frontogenesis should be very noticeable by tomorrow afternoon. SnoSki14
90 could happen within the next 2 hours And with that go the negative departures. Wiped out in about a week. Given we should stay consistently above normal heading forward a +1 to +2 June is very possible again.
