uncle W
Yeah, 1945 rebounded from the 55 high on the 5th to 92 on the 14th. This year Newark was 57 on the 2nd and 93 on the 11th. So it was still a week 1 cool to end of week 2 warm. http://www1.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/orders/IPS/IPS-D4DDB95E-C7EC-4247-A630-88D6B3F94E56.pdf 1945 had a very cold January...the warmest March on record...the coldest first ten days of June...eight days 90 or higher starting on the 13th...97 on the 30th... IsentropicLift
Really nice couplet now on that tornado warned cell in Upstate NY. Would not be shocked at all to hear that it produced a tornado on the ground. It's all by itself and has plenty of room to go to town.
mikemost
That cell in Southern Morris County is collapsing. Completely disintegrated no more than a couple miles to the west of me. Lol, oh well.
IsentropicLift
Completely disintegrated no more than a couple miles to the west of me. Lol, oh well. There will be more. The storm motion is rather slow so storms may tend to choke themselves off a bit.
