IsentropicLift
Anyone of them looking to hit nyc? Eventually. You have storms now near coastal Monmouth and over NW NJ and that will gradually fill in as the front sags south.

Superstorm93
KTEB HRRR sounding Extremely weak flow, saturated profile, 3000j/kg of CAPE With all the clearing going on right now, I wouldn't be shocked to see some very heavy training pulse cells line up in a few hours in NNJ

SnoSki14
Bulk of the activity today will be north of here despite a few showers popping up as far south as coastal Monmouth. I wonder if this region will be in between maxes. It seems like the heavy amounts are focused around the Delmarva if not west of them and SNE. The latest gfs prints out about 1-2" for the area although I know amounts can be skewed in either direction if we see storms train over the same areas and dodge others. At least tomorrow looks to be more widespread so everyone should pick up at least an inch.
atownwxwatcher
So far inland here in E C PA its dry. Was supposed to rain yesterday all day and night and it was dry... can't say I am shocked.. Should it rain later tonight? Yea it should but would not be at all surprised to see it go right to the north again like it did all day yesterday... And as for severe. Likely not happening whenever they put a meso to your west saying watch not likely does not bode well further east..
