Yeah-lucky these cells pulsed up in the relatively desolate Hill Country instead of far more populated areas on I-35. Heavy rain is definitely preferable to one of those large tornadoes slamming into Austin or another large town.

No doubt as of right now the only thing that might get scary is the southern couplet near marble Falls but that storm looks meh, also the cell just north of the lampasas storm getting some rotation on it now

He's not going to see much because he can't go through Fort Hood to get South of it. Actually he really should just get out the way.

Looks like he is in Gatesville, TX per spotter network.  Which is a good spot to be currently imo if you are chasing.

Yep, he's in a good spot southwest of Gatesville (though a little close for comfort if it's cycling right now).

Circulation N of Temple, TX beginning to tighten up.  Looks to have decent structure.  Could effect Troy, TX & Bruceville-Eddy, TX in the next 30-45 minutes.

Looks a lot better last few scans and doesn't have as much trash around it.....

Troy has 1,700+ citizens so I hope it begins to weaken.. but doesn't look like it will currently.  NROT is not very strong on it yet though so that's a good thing.
