There was a little rotation on a small cell there, south of Karval, at 2151z-- before the tornado warning

Meanwhile, Eastland cell has gone HP for the time being. Low level jet strength should be increasing from here on out and better upper flow is approaching from the west. Watch for change in storm character with the three western supercells as this occurs.

Strong rotation on the Texarkana cell now.

Looks like it's already starting to happen. Inflow is breaking through into the cell again.

Tornado potential also appears to be rising with the cells near Gainesville along the Red River. Noticeable increase in reflectivity over recent scans, mesoanalysis shows local max in parameter space in this area.

Care to elaborate, do you mean a change into a more tornadic environment???
