Brian5671
The NAM and RGEM focus the bulk over the LHV and CT. even that looks meager if I'm looping the models correctly. Reading upton's AFD and you'd think it was a much more prolific event
ag3
even that looks meager if I'm looping the models correctly. Reading upton's AFD and you'd think it was a much more prolific event There's a front coming through later that the Rgem has dry for most except for north of HPN. Let's see what the 12z suite says about the front.
IsentropicLift
The HRRR is getting a bit more moist. Just keep in mind that yesterday places in E PA experienced flash flooding from slow moving storms. They were nearly stationary yesterday and some areas picked up over 3".

Brian5671
why do you keep believing explicit model forecasts of convection he's just pointing out what a particular model says verbatim. North of say 287 will get some heavy downpours as the front comes in. I'm excited about the next 5 days of clear and comfortable days. Sleep with the windows open. This weather is disgusting today 62 degrees and it's humid it really feels warmer. Sun peaking through now in midtown! Hope you get your shower yanks!
