ORH_wxman
Epic heat fail next week. When in doubt, COC it out. That heat signal kind of went poof...Euro ensembles this past several days had been pimping early next week, but it looks really brief now...if at all. That nosing backdoor high from Nova Scotia put the kibosh on it. We might do this big CAA all over again later next week. Both Euro and GFS have really impressive airmasses advecting in. Even colder than this one. Decent chance they are overdone right now, but even if you modify that some, it will still be pretty chilly for May 20. Yeah remember several days ago when it looked pretty warm, but that trough to the east sort of pinches it off. And yeah, very impressive trough next week too. That's what I've been telling them since last Saturday. 70 is warm enough for the kids to swim in the pools,, tan at the games,,to go hang out by the beach between games etc etc.. I realize those flies were the ones that got me the other day. First time ever. Jesus Christ, it looked like I got shot in the neck...the swelling was out of control. We take. the most amazing thing to me is the overall dry signal. Even when we seem to be going into a more favorable setup for rain...it ends up getting shunted. Everyone's favorite backdoor this weekend ends up shoving everything south.
