LOL if it ain't 12" in April..meh. Jesus.

Anyways, I definitely would watch that area north of the border...esp north of MHT later. Still snowing good at exit 5 on 93. You have that feature in NY state along with that burgeoning WF aloft evident on radar.

It was a good run for many on the board this winter, Some may not see this again

I'm thinking anyone with a MA or CT on this list may not see this again for a long time.  J.Spin and I may see this again next winter, haha, as this is pretty much average.  Weymouth FTW.

It's not snow at all here

How is rain or freezing rain in Napril interesting?

Well I'm looking at it as a region wide deal, never only pike region or rt 2 region first of all. Secondly, glazing in April is pretty rare..especially during the day.  We have posters up into the Lakes Region as well and it may be a nice late season deal up in SNH and into that area as well as into srn ME.  It's too bad we couldn't get a more organized precip shield further south because the temps support it.  But, I understand people only are about their backyard. That's fine.

Maybe a couple inches in April for some is a big deal, 12" would be, Anything outside of a significant event is not very inspiring this time of year, I just don't look at snowfall the same as others

Its at least interesting enough to generate 17 pages worth of posts and to have 37 users in the thread right now.

I think this one has some potential for a widespread 1-4" snowfall from VT/NH/ME.  Its weather, and there's a reason why some keep checking in on the thread ;)

Flurries falling now here at home.  I love how it starts, mountain slowly disappears as it starts snowing in the elevations and is virga in the valley, and then finally the flurries make their way all the way down.

I guess waking up to a nice blanket of white on 4/9 is uninspiring. Some would rather turn over and look through their dirty screens at a pile of mud 18" deep. Sounds enlightening.

Well like I said, I am sure it is for some, I am all about the pack so a few inches that will be gone in a day or two is just padding seasonal totals, I would probably feel different about it if I was chasing a record

I want 60s and sun as much or more than most, haha, but I have always been and will be fascinated by snow flakes falling.  Snow in the air makes me happy...I do like pack but its not as important to me (in my yard, at the mountain pack it up).  If I could, there would be persistent flakes in the air at all times from Oct till April.

I think for those that you may perceive as having that attitude, the issue is not 12" in April... It's that this weather, in April, is the worst f weather on the face of the planet.

But, tough *******... ha!

Your area was mentioned as having a better shot, but with question marks still. It may end up just N and NE of you...that's the breaks with late season events sometimes. We had accumulating snow here at work despite daylight on 4/8. The alternative is 35 and drizzle. I guess folks are in banana hammock season, but that will have to wait a bit. Maybe Monday.
