tamarack
how'd you manage 20 runs by noon? Bunny slope? I'd think the fanny time going uphill would make it hard to get 20 runs in 3 hr. Do they have a rope tow that can accelerate to 60 mph, like the pre-WW2 tow at Suicide Six was said to do? GYX morning forecast (just saw it - internet problems at the State site) has my zone getting 1-3" tonight. However, that's identical to what they have for the mountains, and their AFD said yes to there and no for here.

powderfreak
wut? Yeah if it's 700 verts you are averaging (15,000 total) then easily can do 21 in 3 hours. 21 runs here would net you 40-45,000 verts which would be pretty much impossible in 3 hours
powderfreak
Snowing above 2500ft, raining below that. Pretty much an even split on Mansfield. Ski a 2,100 vertical foot run and spend the first 1000 verts in a snowstorm, and the second 1000ft vertical in a rain storm.
