Blizzard-on-GFS
6.5" in Hamilton Twp., NJ. Awesome Storm, especially for late March!
famartin
4.3" of snow back home melted down to 0.75" liquid... 6:1 ratio. A little more elevation would've helped out a lot (my parents are only at 100 feet).
SP
This was a great storm and would have been considered such regardless of month. I measured 6.5-7 this morning. The rates were amazing and if the ratios were just slightly better we would have had a foot likely. It is like winter wonderland outside this morning often reminding more of the cabin in the poconos than the farm country of the shore. On and off flurries and sn showers since sunrise. Heard there are still ducks on the pond........
The Iceman
If you can get out for a drive or a hike this morning, I'd do it. With the high sun angle, the scenery of all the trees covered in snow is gorgeous. I went up river road in PA to new hope and it was the definition of winter wonderland. Finished with 4.5", well worth the lost golf day.
BBasile
Never would have expected this view in spring. With all the misses this year, March really came through, with more than 11.5".
Treckasec
Pretty impressive for a snowstorm that occurred during the day in mid-March. 5 and a half inches.
DarthDoppler
A little late posting this, but 6.5" here for the storm. (I had measured but was very tired and had to work today) EDIT: Slept through that pixie dust last evening, but I'm still sticking with 6.5".
