Now you're making **** up. That is not what i said. i said sw of HFD showed that. It's around 2 here..

Are you drunk?

"RGEM really develops that 2nd round of snow later tonight and tomorrow.

Looks lik3 2-3 spot 4 from a little south of the pike south and west with 1-2 north of there on RGEM snow map"

That map isn't even 2" for you. 3" is the white area down by SW CT.

32/14 here.  Hoping for a thump after 4pm.  Whatever falls before then is relegated to grass and car tops.   Schools are all letting out early down here which is a joke.

Upton going 2-4 for DXR 2-5 down here and 3-6 for NYC area.

you realize that with that dew and temps below freezing for 36 hrs the ground and pavements are frozen

Sure, but unless it's heavy, it's melting at 12pm or 1pm.    Sept 20th sun angle.   You have to figure 1/4 to 1/2 an inch per hour melting on pavement with temps around 32 and not much wind.   Granted if it's coming down an inch an hour, then it doesnt really matter...

12z NAM says don't give up on tomorrow morning for E MA...that's actually some respectable lift and decent soundings tomorrow AM.

Was just talking about that at work. 6z RGEM had it too. One of those deals where if it works out..could be a nice couple of inches or perhaps a narrow area of more snow, or it could be developing as it parts with a sloppy half inch as dim sun pokes through. Hopefully the RGEM has this...confidence would increase.

Please post when the first flakes fly down there. Need to get a leg up on my drive home from Manchester. Thanks.

Plus the heavy traffic helps. With temps at 32 or 33 already, with constant buses, trucks, cars, etc. on highways and local roads, conditions should be fine unless it starts coming down moderately.

Yea I know number one reason to not go there, SWCt is a disaster

Yep, traffic is a constant nightmare here.  Everyone commutes to Norwalk and Stamford and some to the city.  Need twice the capacity that's here roadwise.  On the flipside, plenty to do on weekends and good restaurants and nightlife, but if you had to commute to work, it's a nightmare.  (I work at home so no issues there)

I kid but the entire 95 corridor is a disaster and I avoid it at all costs, thankfully if nightlife and restaurants are needed there are two big casinos off the 95 corridor up here . Anyways you should get a nice welcome to spring snowstorm, brighten the landscape in this the most dreary time of spring.
