HIPPYVALLEY
Happy Easter. Had snow otg for T-day, Christmas and Easter. Too cold this morning to do my annual Easter morning dog walk around the neighborhood with sandals, shepherds staff, hair down and flowing robes. Typhoon Tip
Happy Easter, meat sweats for everyone! I hate that. I actually thought ahead about that, after some colleagues and I went to one of those Brazilian meat locker restaurants a couple weeks back and ooph! So I got a couple of nice quality salmon steaks, and my aunt and I are going that route, while the others imbibe large quantities of Scottish eggs and ham.. Mmmm, Scottish eggs.. definitely have a weakness for those. Not sure how the "proper" Scottish egg is supposed to be prepared, but the way my family does them: Soft-boil eggs, then after shelling ... encase them in ground breakfast sausage - to between golf ball and baseball in size. Then lay 'em out on a cookie sheet and bake until the sausage is (obviously) cooked. Man, those suckers 'll knock you into one helluva food-coma.. To mention, they're aorta corks, so if your of that sort, you better double up on the Lipitor. If I can hold off to just one of those, and then have the salad on the side of the baked Salmon, that should keep the rapid heart beat to a dull roar. And no wine this time! ...well, maybe one glass. The salmon has been marinading in rosemary spice and garlic overnight. They'll bake in foil at 350 for 18 min, and while doing so, mix up sour cream, dill seasoning, a small amount of white ballzy vinegar, and lemon juice as a topper. Frenetically orgasmic to the taste buds. Man...mouth starting to water typing this... I got get over there. later - oh, and happy big E

HIPPYVALLEY
Just read the article in today's Boston Globe about this winter's snow. The map they have with the article shows Greenfield with 43" total reported for the season. LOL. They claim that was according to NWS. Pretty sure there is no official spotter in town. I measured like 74" and I don't even clear every 6 hours nor do I count anything under .5"
