NorEastermass128
So this year pollen is hyped too? Trees are almost all leafed out. Pollen gets better.Heavy heavy yellow dust like every year around this time.
Damage In Tolland
Today was the first day I noticed it, but I haven't seen it that terrible. For me, it's the pine pollen...but I don't have many of those luckily. Just mostly oak. I mean every Spring has pollen.Well yeah.. But every spring doesn't feature no rain for 3+ weeks and every species leafing out in 5 days . IMO it's extreme

CoastalWx
Well yeah.. But every spring doesn't feature no rain for 3+ weeks and every species leafing out in 5 days . IMO it's extreme Up until today I haven't noticed it being that gross. Car had pollen this morning, but hopefully this is the peak. My issue now is the stupid caterpillars that are about to eat leaves again. Those mofos drop their own sh*t all over the place.

Makes sense to me meh i'm outside as much I can be when the wx is this nice so it doesn't really make a difference. Besides, I'm a fan of the heat .. if it wasn't for snow/finishing school, I'd ideally be living in the SW

Ginx snewx
Yeah last night was warm in Death Valley but certainly manageable with a fan. No reason for window units with lots of COC days ahead. Also... 1000 feet up in the woods it should be quite a bit more comfortable than my place on the valley floor. No? no complaints at 515 feet, some are sensitive Sallies. HoarfrostHubb
My thoughts on the pollen are this: We get it every year, but it's usually washed away by rain. This morning was the first time insane any and that was at work,Minot home I threw my back out again and left work early to rest it...first time in 3-4 years I think. Noticed some towering TCUs

Typhoon Tip
Yeah I dunno guys ... until our wind stops puffin' and swayin' tree canopies ...flags nearly taut toward the SW up here in Ayer, this front is not done. This air mass is going somewhere and it pressing the boundary forward - that's where. If we go calm up here...sure.

wxmanmitch
No BDCF here. Sunny with deep blue skies and puffy cumulus. 85/62. It looks and feels rather like Florida with the tropical breezes out of the S and SW. I don't think this one makes it this far SW unlike the last one which made it to the Taconics Friday night before washing out and retreating. Typhoon Tip
Yeah, well ...the areal extent of the BD was a under-bust... Interestingly, the strata deck has begun moving back NE over the water, but only over land does it still try to move inland. Wondering if perhaps a termination of this one really is nearing...
