Ray told me about the 27th Threat today. I've felt for a While that this winter was TOO good to have the long list of negative aspects (Putrid beginning and Horrid ending with tons of potential) be muddying up the waters. It needs a final Curtain to be The Best, and a Very late Snow storm is it. This winter could do it.

And I'm PLAYING A CONCERT IN WAKEFIELD a tomorrow night if anyone can come. Would LOVE to see weenies there more than anything.post-2792-0-78135200-1429324734_thumb.jp

i got more snow than you and it's warmer and sunny today on the weekend when it matters. Congrats on the midweek look out the window at the office warmth

i worked a few hours each day all week so enjoyed the sun and warmth everyday. ORH is 64F at noon. Enjoy your 80F!

ORH 64

BOS 53 ouch

NAM FRH grid picked that up beautifully... Has/had T1's hung around +10 C while ALB roasts to 20 or so for today...

I also wonder if that air mass back E gathers some weight during the afternoon and starts back dooring SW?

Just looking at the synoptic overview; there is a clear vort max rotating ESE out of central Ontario, slated to cut across C-NNE during the afternoon... Once that feature gets E of BOS/PWD, that sounds like a sharp recipe for a BD to roll on SW.

72F to 48F for some of those townships just W of the current coastal contamination...
