I don't think any guidance shows any snow for SNE on Sat...maybe a few flakes at the onset rt 2 region and northeast.

Doesn't mean it still can't change, but it looks pretty bleak at the moment. The potential for snow on Sunday definitely looks more promising...though still not great itself.

I am curious what model harv used in his 11pm broadcast, mentioning one model where the R-S line may collapse south into N mass close toward boston late Saturday and Saturday night

yeah if you like mood snows and temperatures in the mid thirties it's great but I was hoping to possibly replenish some of the 10 inches of pack that I've lost since last week.

Well if you get lucky you pick up an inch or 2.

Op models lost the storm for the equinox..but still some ensemble support. Cold and dry next week

If you live in CT and you're expecting to rebuild the pack in mid-March, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Not that it can't snow, obviously, but you're fighing a losing battle with climo when it comes to retention.

Anyway, this mess of a setup has all the makings of a non-event even up here. I'm always skeptical about these long-duration/multi-stage systems where so many things can go wrong, especially with a marginal airmass and high sun angle.
