Cell near Reidsville is close to having a legit couplet with it but its done it a few times and not been able to hold it together.....still don't be surprised to see a tor warning on it soon if it keeps up.

Got a little bigger than quarter sized hail with that cell.

It really isn't that bad none of the ones in the triangle are really, some crappy mid level lapse rates and mid level dry air maybe keeping them from getting going, very pulsey and not at all as organized as the true super cells out west in NC and SC....

Radar is down but I'm getting some images on refresh. Looks like the storms are blowing up but should pass just to my north if I'm lucky enough.

That cell just NE of Concord is pretty nasty, I forget exactly where you are but it is the one to watch in the Charlotte area right ATM then there is another pretty good looking cell headed for Gastonia and Clover that should be in Charlotte in a hr or so.....

Also the one south of Greenville headed for Gray Court might be trying to produce a tornado

Yep Brad P about to be live on air here in a second if that cell doesn't quit real damn quick.....someone post the live feed when he does

EDIT: maybe not that cell to the south seems to be about to choke off the inflow

Almost looks like another couplet is trying to form.

I'm closer to Pineville and working in downtown. Yea guess the images I was getting were old, switched to CAE radar and it looks like the cell in York county is about to strike my part of town. Nasty looking cell there.

Yeah maybe a bit SW of the first rotation call it just NE of Smyna...and maybe something just south of Gastonia as well....either way Charlotte looks to get smacked by this complex...I wouldn't be surprised to see them issue a t warning just due to the fact that these couplets will pass over very urban locations.

Looks like it did get cut off. I think the money cell overall is going to be that cell heading into Union county and eventually Chester/Lancaster county. Dynamics should improve in the next 1-2 hours and doesn't have much to cut it off.

Cell N of Louisburg getting some rotation with it, and the one approaching Union SC has started to get a pretty good couplet on it....gonna bet that one gets a t warning soon...latest scan says they need to issue a warning looks to head right at Union not sure if its a big town or not....
