I've seen 80s in VA and cool temps here almost every early spring. Warm-fronts love to get stuck in the mid-atlantic at this time of year That would be impressive....last 60 degree reading here was on Christmas, of all days. Last time not to hit 60 was in 2001. People here do not get how much the public hates the snow; I literally had a middle school client start crying yesterday because people told her it might snow again this year.
