* PRECIPITATION TYPES...SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES. ANY SLEET WILL
CHANGE TO SNOW BY NOON ACROSS THE CENTRAL SHENANDOAH VALLEY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING...THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE THROUGH 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON.
SNOW WILL END BETWEEN 6 AND 9 PM THIS EVENING.

* TEMPERATURES...DROPPING THROUGH THE 20S.

* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY.
VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE-QUARTER MILE AT TIMES...MAKING
TRAVELING DANGEROUS.
