Windier than I thought it would be.  Snow keeps changing directions.  

 

29.1F in Clarksburg with steady snow.  It's windy here too with a stiff NNW breeze of 16mph and a couple of gusts to 20.  Just passed 1/2" of new snow.  IP started mixing in at 5:30am and snow started around 7am.

 

Edited to add:  snow OTG at the start was 5".  0.63" of rain fell before the change.
