pazzo83
You can have 10 billion different snowstorms coming at the area from every conceivable angle...and the Kennedy Airport will find a way to bring up the rear every single time. It is amazing. Well I mean, it's literally on the water.

winterwx21
Warlock at 7 now...above his forcasted 4-6 I never understand why he roots against snow. He makes money plowing snow. You'd think someone that plows would root for snow to make more money. Same concept in summer. He makes money cutting grass, yet he roots for blazing hot dry weather that burns out grass. Maybe he doesn't like money, lol.
pazzo83
this was very impressive for March. Where are the sun angle people? Sun angle probably helping somewhat to keep roads/sidewalks clear here in the city when the intensity has waned. Obviously, there is a point where intensity > sun angle. We've hit that from time to time today (including right now, sidewalks getting covered again, also the sun IS setting so..)

BxEngine
It also doesn't help that measurements are taken on a rooftop I believe. Better than lga, they pay the pilots to take measurments as close as to the water as possible after landing. Too soon?
pazzo83
And this is why I worked from home today: PATH Rail System @PATHTrain 4m4 minutes ago Due to weather related problems, service on the NWK-WTC line is operating with delays.

Obviously, there is a point where intensity > sun angle. We've hit that from time to time today (including right now, sidewalks getting covered again, also the sun IS setting so..) There were people this morning saying the streets would stay wet in the city and that we wasted to much qpf on rain. Not saying you, but posts were made. The same members that posted winter was over 2 weeks ago. Again I'm on record this is our last event this winter. Enjoy ur spring. We are in the low 20's and snowing on a March day..
