About to go out for a 2nd round of shoveling.  Pouring snow here for the last hour or so.  Don't like how fast the dry/cold air is advecting in and squashing the good radar returns, but hopefully, those bands SW of Allentown will still rotate through...

 

Getting crushed where I am.  Must be some terrific frontogenesis.

 

Will go out to measure again soon.

Anyone in the piscataway area? How's it looking down there?

Heavy snow right now. Closing in on 6 inches. While the snow is heavy, it's nothing compared to the snowfall rate we had during that snow squall in February. That was the most exciting event of the season. I had never seen 2 inches of snow in 20 minutes. That was incredible. But while that squall was the most exciting event of the season, this is the best event of the season. Good chance we get to 8 which is the biggest storm of the season here. Awesome outside!
