From NWS NYC forecast: TONIGHT...RAIN AND SLEET LIKELY LATE THIS EVENING...THEN SNOW... RAIN AND SLEET AFTER MIDNIGHT. SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES.
