weatherpruf
march can yield heavy snow anyone remember the superstorm of 1993 nyc got about 11 inches of snow on march 12 or 13 all during the daytime Lots of sleet and Zr too, I remember that sleet pounding at one point.Because of that several inches of ice, it remains a crippling historical storm for the area even tho we did not get the huge acums. You couldn't clean the stuff.
