Anyone else think forecasters need to make a decision when your 24 hours out? lmao. Like really Wakefield? There are warnings just north of Salisbury but no advisory or warning/watch in Salisbury.

Their discussion says they lack confidence in a watch because it's a later third period event? What? We're 24 hours out.

Channel 4 in DC just showed you in the 4-6 band.

They are being hesitant... I am going to guess because of uncertainty in the thermal profiles/timing. Certainly should have a watch up by now, unless they are thinking advisory which would be added today at some point. Seems looking at the guidance the Salisbury area has a reasonable shot at exceeding 4 inches.

There is some discussion in the modeling thread about the storm being a little bit drier.

Well, even if all I get is 2 inches of snow or sleet, it's MARCH snow.

ANY March snow is BONUS snow, I am already 15 inches on the season and its still a stats padder.

Snow in March is always FTW!

People suck at this.

Euro being locked in should be all the comfort anyone needs.

Lol not sure about that. But the Euro along with the CMC and now the NAM, and esp 4km NAM, all looking similar, with the GFS doing what its doing, should not be cause for concern at this point.

Yeah I saw that but that is not Salisbury and that is not by the Wakefield office.
