One nearest to us closed at 11:00 a.m. Another at 1:00 p.m. I didn't realize it was the branch's discretion on closing decisions. When I worked for a bank as a kid, we stayed open for everything. There was a close brush with a hurricane in 1985, and we had every right to close that day, but were told the governor of Md. Decreed we stay open.
