HighStakes Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 not really. that would be a terrible way to end winter It has happened before. early March 89. heavy rain was supposed to flip to heavy snow and accumulate 3 to 6 inches. Instead it only change to heavy sleet and and stay that way until the very end when it snowed like 1 inch. Very dissapointing storm. I'm sure somebody here will remember it.
