RitualOfTheTrout
I got to 82 yesterday, and I'm betting It won't get any warmer than that until the middle of June.. The latest weeklies I saw both CFS and Euro show slightly below normal to normal through week 4 although that doesn't preclude 1 or 2 really warm or cool days here and there. I wouldn't mind at all having temperatures in the 62-72 range for the next 2 months though that's for sure.
CoraopolisWx
The warm air has overacheived so far this month. On Monday temps easily cracked 80 ahead of that cool front. I wouldn't be suprised if temps surpassed 80 a couple more times this month, especially if we get a sunny day ahead of a cold front.
RitualOfTheTrout
Today is Dennis Bowman's last day on the air as he is entering into retirement. http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/video/11399472-a-look-back-at-dennis-bowmans-career/ I'm sad to see him go. He is one of the last old time TV mets similar to Denardo who actually have an interest and passion for weather backed up by decades of experience and weather history for the area. About a month ago he visited my daughters school which was cool because I still remember when he was with WPXI and visited my school when I was in second grade so it sorta feels like things went full circle. A few dreary days, but nothing really cold. 60s and 70s for the most part, which is almost ideal. No snow, and not even much in the way of frost. It hasn't dropped below freezing at Pittsburgh since the 1st.

I am in West Mifflin currently.Yeah, here in Brookline there was snow mixing in.This morning I noticed some bright banding on the radar, and figured we had a chance of a mix.
