They lost any chance of an at large bid when they lost to Wake Forest. They were already on the outside looking in before that game. This was just icing on the cake tonight.

Well first off, the pitt game stunk.

Coming home was ok until I dropped my brother off in west view. 279 was fine but a couple of the side roads were borderline impossible. Also, getting back onto 279 north at the west view entrance was about the scariest drive I have done. 5 mph down the hill, and no control. Just basically let it slide down the hill to the interstate.

Looks like the back edge is approaching. I'd say about a fresh 2 inches, and maybe another inch or possibly 2. South should cash in though.

Just looking at the radar its really hard believe its going to snow anymore than a few more hours. At least west of the city, the back edge is almost on my doorstep already.

Agreed...back edge is sliding through beaver county. That said, the short range models do seem to want to hold onto at least light precip the next 10 hours or so, and also ramp up intensity a bit towards 6-9 am. Not really sure what to make of it.

Snow just tapered off here. Eyeballing looks like around 3-4, I'll go out shortly to measure. Did its job though, all schools in the area are closed. With temperatures in the teens even though its not a lot of snow it really did a number on roads. Probably a layer of ice under everything too with all the rain / runoff yesterday. 6 year old daughter is rejoicing in her snow day since March has no Holidays off other than the weekends lol

Got a little over 5 in Bethel.  Definitely got less as I drove to work towards Robinson.  Looks like around 3 here.  See nothing on the long range so this could be it for accumulating snow.   If so see you all next year as we continue to hope for our first region wide at least 8 inch snowfall in years.

Edit

My total was as of 7am.   So looks like it is still and has been snowing at my house so maybe end up with close to 6. The cut off currently looks like it is less than a mile from my house.

Got close to 5" here. Still coming down. Roads are impassable.

This was a nice little event. Not going to lie, once we spring forward I usually switch to wanting warm temps. Soccer starts next week and we could hit 50, so if this is it I wouldn't be upset.

We fought with each other, but it was a decent season. Learned a lot. Hope we see some nice thunderstorms this spring/summer.

Noaa just mentioned that radar to the south west is filling back in and snow will contuinue with more accumulations ..

What do you read and see? I don't get it.

Radar clearly shows clearing heading SE. KPIT mentioned this in their 6am discussion.

Look to the west. That will fill back in soon.

That is either false returns or cold air being picked up.

Latest observations from Ohio shows nobody is or has been reporting Precip

Precip looks like it moved off. Stopped snowing here.
