KPITSnow
Man, central and eastern PA getting slammed with sleet \ zr. This area sucks for interesting weather. lol We do overcast pretty well though. I mean, on one hand, it isn't such a bad thing. Tornadoes, giant floods, and hurricanes are all interesting, but I don't particularly want them in my backyard either. As far as dangerous weather, we probably live in the safest spot in the country lol.

CoraopolisWx
NWS seem to be bearish on early accumulation tomorrow afternoon, noting poor ratios. However it would be interesting if the short-term models verified somewhat, before the main action in the evening. Adding the two together could give us warning criteria snows overall. KPITSnow
I think, and hope that I am right, that the NAM is going to come north, based on the Sim radar depiction.
Mailman
NAM: Heavier precip seems to be a bit further north at 30h than it was at 36h at 18z.
southpark
If we change over to snow earlier/faster does that mean the cold air is coming in sooner which can end up suppressing the system further south overall?

Stinkbugspecialist
For the board look at the whole country radar and u can see how it's set up from here in pa down to Texas. It looks like what the models are showing exept it is 50 miles north. Check it out. Why would that shift south all of a sudden??,
